Since the games are not anonymous, it really doesn't matter too much who starts the game. The idea of assigning someone was, I think, to avoid having everyone waiting for someone else to start the game.
Go ahead and start it yourself if you'd like. Just double check your email to make sure he hasn't started it in the last few minutes, double check the game options (5
buy-in, 25 hours (1 day 1 hour) phase length, 7 day join time, WTA, with password) and use a name the properly describes the game such as "2011 Winter: League C2 - Game 2". And then reply all to the email.
