C-K there may be another season looking for players in jan/feb.

I think this league only needs a few subs all promoted from within.

League B1 game 4 join timer expired. We also had a NMR and a CD (although the CD wasnt one of the ones missing to start game 4). Unfortunataly, the results are going to be skewed in my favor becaause of it (I wanted to earn a solo, not be given it).

I will remake game 4 later and will give it a few days before we look for a sub.

There should be a sub in C still available.

orathaic, can we get the A* game assignments for game 4? We've got 3b going and 3a has been going for a bit. In my experience it is better to have game 4 going before game 3 gets too far. And since it'll take a week or so to get game 4 actually going, would be good to get it created sooner rather than later.

Acutally i don't want this one to be random, i want a selection which specifically setups the players to play people they have no yet played twice... but i can't see a simply way to divide it...

should be an average or 1.7 times that you play everyone. so some people twice and others once.

but i'm pretty sure some people have already played three times against at least one player...

can anyone run the numbers for me?

Its still not perfect, but because everything wasn't planned beforehand, it'll be impossible to make it perfect.

I think that is as close as you are gonna get. There were too many threesomes coming out of the first three sets...

Game 2: BAgainGam, ghug, warlegend, jcb, Fulham, aldy, Allanxo

I've just picked randomly from the best selection, which is the rule according to the tournament.
Also, not that i don't trust you, but to avoid any claim that you picked unfair opponents...

I'd almost like to seed it, but this is supposed to be a league, so ideally we'd play everyone once... (must remember to plan this better in future...)

Back to A* - I have played with jcb in all 4 games and hellalt with Draug in all 4 games - not sure if there are other matches like this and no problem if this is how it must be ...

To split those groups up results in more matchups having never occured. So it's either have a couple matchups never taking place, or having about 6 that never happened.

Make certain you give it a 10 day join time as some in it are in game 3b which has just started and shouldget to at least 03/04 before game 4 starts. I think waiting and setting up both on Monday is the best solution.
