Rules: What will happen, if...
Hello. Could you please explain, what will happen in the following case. There are 4 areas: 1,2,3,4, team A occupies 1 and 2, team B - 3 and 4.
Team A moves: Army at 1: move from 1 to 3; Army at 2: support move from 1 to 3. Team B moves: Army at 3: move from 3 to 2; Army at 4: support move from 3 to 2. What will happen: nothing? Or team B's army will move from 3 to 2, team's A army at 2 will be dislodged and team A's army will move from 1 to 3? Thanks for clarification.

Well I can't say for sure either there. I'd have to go back and re-read a lot of thread and I really don't want to. But, I do know that you can have meaningful political discussions with him sometimes, without him resorting to ad hominem attacks.

As for Personal attacks....let's see, I wake up this morning and find *two* different threads have been started addressed specifically to me to address a questions which I already answered. An answer which, to Celtics credit, she was able to find, even though the other dimwits could not.

That none of the said dim-wits are able to comprehend that I won't answer the question to their satisfaction is not my problem.

Calling them out for their stupidity is no different that these idiots spending all day demanding I answer a question I have already answered.

You may think as you wish about my sobriety - I'll tell you I'm sober. I will also point out that my ability to write is probably much worse than it is now if I were drunk. I'm not. I just won't suffer these fools.

Draugnar (0 DX)

But krells.my friend, CF hasn't attacked you and I think she actually enjoys having reasonable discussions with you, so maybe cut her a little slack?
krellin (80 DX)
17 Mar 13 UTC
ad hominen attacks...no, I 8seriosuly* think that you people are *stupid* if you think you are required to answer every question asked of you on the internet.

Sorry....that's stupid. That's not an attack on you...that just describing your behavior.

I won't apologize for my ad hominen attacks....especially from a bunch of clowns who spend the day attacking others and then pretend to be offended when they are attacked back. Seriously...stupid.

Celticfox (100 D(B))
17 Mar 13 UTC
Krellin I expect an answer like that from a politician. You tend to answer straight up when asked but this time you didn't.
krellin (80 DX)
17 Mar 13 UTC
Draug -- when Celtic took up the idiotic mantra of these other fools and started telling me to answer a questions which I had already answered...when she even *quoted* my previous answer, and then demanded that I answer the question -- she instantly became as much of a fool at the other assclowns...maybe even more so, because she found and read the answer!

Answer me this, Draug, do *you* answer every yes/no question you are asked with a yes or no...or do you reserve the right as an intelligent person to say sometimes you can't answer yes or no if you are lacking the ability to do so.

Celtic seems to think as these others do that if some moron on the internet asks you a question, you *must* answer it. I pity her if she actually thinks this. If, on the other hand, she is more intelligent than this but decided to just badger me along with the others, then she is not better than they are - she is now on par with bo-sox and 2WL.

I actually *tried* to suggest to her that she is more intelligent than her behavior suggested....and then she came back with the same tired bullshit...thus disproving to me the possibility that she is perhaps capable of reason.
Celticfox (100 D(B))
17 Mar 13 UTC
No you said you answered the question. I don't feel you did personally. That's what I called you out on. If you don't feel you have to answer then question fine say that, but don't say you already did.
krellin (80 DX)
17 Mar 13 UTC
Celtic - as it so happens, the question at hand *is* a political question, and a question that, as you have quoted me as saying, one that I don't really give a shit about. So bravo for you...you were capable of recognizing that I answered an irrelevant political question with a political answer.

I *generally* answer a question straight up when I actually have an opinion about it. Ask me about taxes military conflict, drug policy, etc....I'll give you a straight up answer. Act like a jackass and ask me over and over again about some pointless topic like where Obama is born, and I'll tell you what the evidence suggests, and then tell you I don't give a damn, because it's a meaningless question.

Celticfox (100 D(B))
17 Mar 13 UTC
See I felt the I don't give a damn was more a non answer then your answer.
Celticfox (100 D(B))
17 Mar 13 UTC
Oh and Bo, Krellin is awesome to have discussion about sci-fi stuff and video games. Comics also. Just because you always bump heads with him doesn't mean everyone does.
krellin (80 DX)
17 Mar 13 UTC
As for what you "feel" about my question, I could give a flying fuck. I know your reading comprehension skills are just a little bit better than that...and because it seems to bother Draug, I won't lacerate you again with how idiotic your insistence that I provide you with an answer I am incapable of giving you is. I'll just tell you life a bitch, sometimes, Celtic, and you don't always get what you want. If *you* want to have a 100% certainty for yourself what the answer is, go for it. I've provided you with my answer. No *all* questions are answerable. For example, when you answered my previous question about your relationship to Bo, the *correct* answer was neither yes or no.
krellin (80 DX)
17 Mar 13 UTC
"I don't give a damn" is the honest answer, Celtic. trying to force an answer out of someone on a topic for which they 1. don't care and 2. are ill-informed is just stupid. Like it or not, not every question, and not every person, has an answer. Deal with it.
Celticfox (100 D(B))
17 Mar 13 UTC
There was no correct answer, but whatever. Mind you if a liberal had said an answer like that, and they have in the past, you'd be all over them asking for a direct answer. You've done before as well.
Celticfox (100 D(B))
17 Mar 13 UTC
Then why not just say you don't care again rather then whipping people into a fury. I know you love the drama but damn..
Draugnar (0 DX)
17 Mar 13 UTC
Well, I don't think she was asking you to answer some.out of the blue off the wall question as much as clarify you previous answer by saying whether or not you accepted the direction the evidence points or were just saying how it points but disagree with it. But the key is there is a third answer and I believe you have actually indicated that answer: in this case it points that way but I neither care one way or the other if he is or isn't so I have made no clear decision as it doesn't weigh heavily on my mind. Sound about right for your answer Krellin?

As far as what and when I answer, I don't believe most questions are black and white (as can be evidenced by your loaded question earlier) but I don't feel a need to answer them so I answer this one by my own choosing but may not answer your next question.
Celticfox (100 D(B))

Draug -- before you jump to Celtics defense, have you actually read this thread? I actually tried to take it a little light-hearted in my deflections early on, because 1. I have answerd the question and 2. I don't care and 3. the only purpose of this thread is to try to bully me in to an action - which I won't do.

So for Celtic to come along and take up their idiotic mantra is not just seeking clarification - because by the time she piped up, it was clear you were not going to get clarification, *paricularly* since the answer *she quoted* states 8exactly* what I believe, states that I don't care, and any *rational* person would recognize at that point that you will get no further answer - i.e. that I'm not playing the game or getting dragged in to the discussion.

And your "third" answer -- it is my answer. There is evidence, it suggests an answer. I don't know and I don't care. There it is.

Is there or was there ever life not on planet Earth? Yes or no?

I can not give you an answer. There is some evidence to suggest an answer one way or the other....there are proponents of both answers. I don't have enough knowledge of the possibilities, and I don't care. It's the same question to me as the other question that has been posed...and one to which I refuse to waste any time considering.

Exactly Draug you say Celtic? lol he gave the same answer that I gave, just with different words, and he's OK? I admit I'm a bit of an ass around here and first inclination by most is to disagree and argue with me...but, sorry, dear, he just gave the same answer as I did and you instantly agree with him. Uh....bias anyone?

I dislike many on here as much as they dislike me....but I have the intellectual integrity to openly agree with my opponents when they say something I agree with - I expect the same from you.

On a brighter better topic...tomorrow I hope to finish painting the abstract mural on my daughter's bedroom wall. We've been painting it off and on today...quite enjoyable, all except for the fact that we painted over her previous mural from a couple years ago (a tropical beach scene with a mountain in the background...) Ahhh....good times with the kids.

I highly recommend that anyone with an iota of artistic endeavor find a room and try to paint a mural. It's quite fun.....you go to the Home Depots and hardware stores and but "mismatched" paints for cheap to get a bunch of different colors to start. Buy anything else you need (primary colors), and don't be afraid to mix colors in little plastic cups for detail work. It's a blast.

1990 we painted a mural on the basement wall of the house we were renting in college...a space scene, everyone painted lityle planets of various silly sorts...including one with a picture of Iraq with a mushroom cloud over it, as the first Gulf War had just started when we did our painting...

Why full press live games?
I've seen a lot of live games advertised that are 5 minute phases that, once I click on them, are full press. Why? I find it hard enough to get in gunboat orders in 5 minutes once the game gets going. What is the draw to such a game?
