What makes that system better than the league system?

say it draws then the player will get 10 tournament points per every supply center they have. and then the next game in that round they will all play against each other again this time maybe not ending in a draw. so that way there will be a def winner each time.

yeah read it wrong. yes its better to survive with 6 than to draw with two. but you had to play well to survive with six too. it all depends how you view drawing and surviving.

I don't think that's a good system... honestly...
I see this as a discussionthread where you want to hear others opinion that's why I'm saying this.
But I really don't see why should it be possible for someone who survives have more points than someone who draws.

yes. can you explain to me the other system? i joined autumn league this year but have not played a tourny yet. and this is my first expirience with tournament making. i just think that this world cup would be a good idea

In the event that two players have the same number of points, they will be differentiated between on the basis of a SC count across the games. ok so i get the winning part. but whats a 12/n splitting up the 12?

example: 3way draw -> 12/3 = 4 -> 4 to each player involved in the draw

Change in plans everyone we are doing that format! but still you will play two games with the same people. and since this is world cup diplomacy if you are in a round with someone on your team (wouldn't be first round) you will want to work with that person for one of you to win in order to go on.

i would like it to start by thanksgiving at least. i'll start it as soon as i get enough teams registered though.

Place #1= 70 TP + SC captured
Place #2= 60 TP + SC captured
Place #3= 50 TP + SC captured
Place #4= 40 TP + SC captured
Place #5= 30 TP + SC captured
Place #6= 20 TP + SC captured
Place #7= 10 TP + SC captured

If you draw each person would get...
2 way draw= 60 TP + SC captured
3 way draw= 50 TP + SC captured
4 way draw= 40 TP + SC captured
( I think there shouldnt be more then 4 way draws)

Incase two people are elimanated on the same turn then we should...
1st person elimanated Fall 1902 = 10 TP
2nd & 3rd people eliminated Fall 1904= 30 TP

Will here is another cool idea. Make Seven Teams....with seven people that each play in a different game with the other teams at the end of all the games you count of the score and find out which country(or Region) is better.

and just an update. we have two people so far and we need 4 mroe to form an eastern united states team.

the players will be split but they will have the chance to go on to the next rounds. there may be an opportunity for soem countries to have to face their team mates. which coudl be interesting. so i want to do that
