Is this conclusion correct?

I'm sure this isn't the final list, especially considering there are only 12 players so far in D-level. I think we can expect some more players and changes before we start...

Actually, it's 7 times the number of leagues at that level. D usually has 4, so 28 total players at D. C is 3 (21 players), B 2 (14 players) A 1 (7) and Premiere 1 (also 7). If an E were to form, it would be 4 (1 to 1 or 2 to 2 swap), or 5 (2 bottom of D leagues with E winners and 3 best 2nds). But that's up to Ghost to decide.

All new players will be in D or E level, depending on the number of applicants and their seeding through Ghost Rating.

dj, you sure those are the ones you need to worry about the most? :P

I'm curious to know what the average ghost-rating is for each level in the league. anyone feel like figuring that out?
