Under the 1998 edition of the 1972 rules, which we are using, Ankara Crescent is generally played under APPSC, a scoring system which takes PPSC to its logical conclusion. Advanced Points Per Supply Centre distributes points according to how much each player helped the soloing power to solo. The winner gets nothing, but somebody who, for example, supported the winner into 8 of their own SCs will get a significant portion of the pot.
However, the Voordorp rules contradict this and insist another scoring system is used, where all points are split evenly between any players with Dutch heritage, regardless of the outcome of the game. Since the Voordorp rules are more recent, the priority order states that it should be used in the event of a contradiction, so this is the scoring system we will use.
