03 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: without
04 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Let's just cancel. It is obvious not everyone is invested into this game. This has been paused for a week. If we cannot come to a conclusion by Saturday I will ask the mod to remove me.
04 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Yes, I want this game to be played out.
04 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: The Turk will remove you shortly. No need to ask ask the mod.
04 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: That's a bit of a burn.
04 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Oh, and I'd rather not cancel since I don't have my thoughts anywhere else except in this game.
04 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Moderator: (A_Tin_Can): Hey folks - I hope you don't mind the intrusion into global.

I've been following this for a while, and could step in as England if it would save the game?

(although I wouldn't be anonymous, since I've just said it would be me).
04 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: I'm good w/ the ATC replacement.
04 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: ATC, if you read above everyone voiced their opinion that their preference is to let this game play out as is. It took a week to get aligned.

Thank you for your offer, but can you unpause the game?

PLAYERS: if you prefer to wait another week and debate the future of the game, please voice your opinion, and I will gladly step away. As the Turk stated, I'm dead anyhow.
04 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: I'd rather we just get it going and move it to its quickest resolution.
04 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: I would be ok with ATC replacing England, but I am also ok with playing on without replacment ... my guess is it makes no difference to my result in this game ;-)
04 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: I'm fine either way, as long as we get started again and we have some sort of way of pulling England's notes.
04 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Yes, getting the notes would be great... I wonder what happened / why he disappeared ...
06 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Moderator: (A_Tin_Can): I have an even better solution for you all - I'm going to put another player in place of England, which will leave anon intact. He's agreed to keep up the notes - I'll let you all vote to unpause so the unpause doesn't surprise anyone.
06 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: .... There was not consensus
06 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Wow, ok. I was under the impression that my joining would help and not be detrimental to the game. I was hoping to do my best to make sure the game continues on as well as it can.
06 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Since there's only an hour left on the clock, could we get increased time for the phase. so that England doesn't have a mere hour after unpause to get everything in order? Or will the pause remain in place long enough to accommodate that?
06 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Either way, off to bed.
06 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Moderator: (A_Tin_Can): I had thought there was consensus to play on, and people were ambivalent about whether or not there was replacement (but didn't want to take any more time organising one). Apologies if that was not the case.

I think the game will be much better with an England that's present - especially as this is an exhibition/full disclosure game.
06 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Moderator: (A_Tin_Can): I have extended the phase, but to do so I had to unpause briefly. Everyone will need to vote to unpause in order for the game to continue.
07 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Russia and Italy, can we please unpause?
07 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: A week later, the clock rolls again. GL, HF
09 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Look who's dead to me :D
10 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1907: Yeah, really.
16 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1908: I'll go ahead and let this be public:
Austria and Turkey, either you guys and England agree to let me into a 4-way draw, or I let England solo. Have fun.
17 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1908: Russia and Italy might have a say too!
17 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1908: Lol at Germany. I tell him all game he is being ridiculous by leaving himself open to England. I warn him that he is reckless. And it happens, as anyone would have predicted, and he pouts in the corner asking for a golden parachute.

Lol at Turkey being considered for being in a draw for accomplishing nothing. He's been as useless as Italy and me. At least both Italy and I are in some remote position that touches England. He basically will be on the draw for making England nearly solo.

Lol at Germany again. Man up and play. You have not even covered all diplomacy angles before resorting to playground threats.
17 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1908: Lol at Russia for thinking there's a shot for anything else. I get cut out of a draw or England solos because of the reckless decisions made by the southern powers. If that's their route, then they should see the consequences.
17 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1908: Oh look, you CAN reply. It beats the literally 3 words back to me since 1905.

Just end the game Germany and take your blanky to another game. Maybe gunboat will suit you best.
17 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1908: Don't be an ass about it. You're making me quite glad I never got back to you. That I would rather this game end in someone else's solo rather than getting cut out of a draw is hardly childish. Neither is desirable, obviously, but if I'm going to lose I at least want the game to end in some stupid draw that shouldn't work because taking me out would risk an English solo anyway.
17 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1908: It's the thought that bothers me. The one where you turkey Austria all make reckless decision to attack me then draw when you realize it was a bad choice Since it made England stronger. Stronger because you left him wide open. Stronger because I had no position to keep him in check.

And because of those decisions you will have no consequence.

England deserves the win. And this why I was not in favor of getting a substitute.
17 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1908: I love you guys. Russia, you'd still be relevant if you didn't forget to enter your moves in fall 1904. If there is any one reason why England is in a strong position, that's it.
17 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1908: Posh. My moves actually would have not made an impact. You will see one I publish my notes. Nice try though
17 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1908: But please stay in Armenia some more
17 Sep 15 UTC Autumn, 1908: ... and, enjoy the game folks. Congrats to Turkey for accomplishing his objective.
25 Sep 15 UTC Good game, folks. Sorry for the repeated stabs, Germany.
25 Sep 15 UTC Are we supposed to publish our notes and/or press somewhere?
25 Sep 15 UTC Gg!
25 Sep 15 UTC Ah, damn it! I thought we had a chance!

Good game.
25 Sep 15 UTC There is no such thing as an empty threat.
25 Sep 15 UTC Notes AND press? In one game it was collated by another player after we threw it into a text document and mailed it to them.
25 Sep 15 UTC Will be more capable of posting it a little later today. Copy-pasting sounds a little too time-consuming right now. In the meantime, anyone gonna post a thread for us to put our EOGs in? Let's go ahead and put EOGs in their own threads? No, that sounds dumb and spammy. so someone making a thread would be nice. Ramble ramble ramble
26 Sep 15 UTC Morons.
26 Sep 15 UTC Based on what I was told, I've made my notes available on the forum. Here is the forum thread link:

Does anyone know what happened to tru ninja?
26 Sep 15 UTC Btw, congrats Zultar. Thanks for taking over England
27 Sep 15 UTC It was my pleasure. Tru ninja just went off the map. We've sent him several official emails and he did not respond. I was checking up on him on another matter, which is when I found out about him just leaving this game hanging, and I told ATC that I would only take over if he wanted me to in order to keep anon. Anyhow, looking forward to everyone's thought on the forum.
06 Oct 15 UTC We did decide to go Full Disclosure with this game, correct?
07 Oct 15 UTC Indeed.
