I have to say I'm on ghug's side here, Chaqa. I thought that y2k was a much better lynch than squigs and argued for it as best as I could on my phone on the corner, but it definitely wasn't irrational to lynch squigs- he wasn't obviously town.

Krellin, why did you feel the need to be so difficult as to nearly get yourself lynched yesterday if you were supposed to be of extra value to the town?

Well, I guess the changes in Squigs weren't indicative of any sort of role after all. I'm going to have to look back at y2k again, and I think eventually we're going to NEED a clarified claim from krellin, though absolutely not tonight, and maybe not tomorrow either. It'll be dangerous for the town to completely clear him with a vague claim like the one he's given, but I think it's one we can rely on in the short term at the very least. IF it was fake, then we've spotted a lizard, and once we catch another one we can look at associations for clues. If it's real, then we're better off not sharing the specifics with the lizards so they won't have certainty with how to deal with him.

You want evidence saying Squigs was town... it's day 1. There's barely any evidence, and there wasn't any for him to be guilty. I defended him best I could. My reads were him being innocent early on, and I tried to move the lynch off him.

Whatever. It happened. We'll have to move on, because now there's only 12 of us left, and we may lose 3 more tonight.

If he "seemed so obvious town" to you, then yes, you should have given evidence. How could you be that sure about anyone?

@y2k: to be honest I don't have any suspicion of you, but I felt better about lynching you than Squigs, who I felt was firmly town due to all his arguments early on. He really put himself out there, and died for it.

Krellin claimed a power role, and for now that's all we need. He's safe from a lynch for the time being.

I'm going to take a look at y2k and Chaqa again before the night's out.

Look ghug, I don't look and analyze every little post, taking detailed notes and sourcing things. I read, get a feel, and make my choices. I explained all my opinions on Squigs in my reads post a few hours ago. I'm not long-winded, and I don't add fluff. Simple, to the point.

The only difficult people were the ones who diceded we needed to lynch someone. I ALSO suggested early on that everyone UNVOTE at the end of the day and vote out nobody -- and then you would have your "information" from the day's debate, and you wouldn't have a DEAD TOWNIE.

krellin the only reason I'm mentioning further specification of your claim is because someone has to do it. I've even said that it absolutely shouldn't be soon. But eventually, we ARE going to need to know which town role you profess to be because a claim that cant be counterclaimed doesn't actually confirm you as town. It confirms you as a bad lynch target until we get outside information that casts suspicion on you, or if another town power is forced to reveal, then we simply can't have all the town power roles claiming that they're "A town power" or the mafia would be able to do the exact same thing.

Warden -- no, in reality, power roles are NOT to be discussed, because any information only benefits the mafia. And I can absolutely guanantee to you right now that I will *never* reveal any further information about my supposed power unless it was/is somehow relevant.
