More to the point, "see op" is rather cryptic. We were at least expecting an initial response inside that said something like "would love to play anon-classic-wta-1 day or more for any amount of points".

Evidently. "See op" can mean "See original post" which made some of us expect to find a first post inside because the post was the original post. I never even thought about it meaning "See original poster" as in "PM me" which is all he needed to say.

+1 Draug. The mods do seem to have a strange "hive mind" and this obscure thread indicates something similar, if not something sinister.

I'm interested in hearing what (a) this "op" truly means and (b) this game proposition.

yeah, the mods are actually all one big multi, the only multi allowed.. but they also disagree with each other on which of them is best at diplomacy so they never meta-game...

sorry draug, in this case, 'op' was meant to be the opening post in the thread, though as i said that in the opening post it was a little stupid... the title would have been more accurate to what i meant. Perhaps i'm getting tired in my old age and making mistakes... perfect time to challenge me to a game i guess... :p

It's about quality,Largely this is because I would prefer to be social, not simply play against some internet strangers.

I do know people from the forum and I would rather have a conversation with them than join a random.game
