Emails have been sent out to all participants. We have leagues down to D3 and I'll add D4 if people sign up.

A while back the mods and some others discussed the possibility of awarding points for doing well in the leagues and other tournaments. This has been approved and points for the leagues will be awarded as follows:

Premier League:
1120 for the Champion
560 for second place
280 for third place

League A:
360 for the Champion
180 for second place
90 for third place

League B1, B2
75 for first place

C-level
60 for first place

D-level
40 for first place

That's a total of 3080 that will be given out as awards.

I hope this will increase the fun by intensifying the sneakiness, the backstabbing, the cussing and the hissy fits

Gives a reason to go for first place and not be content for second place knowing it is good enough to advance. I like it.

You know, I'm glad I'm in the B leagues. Sounds like at least one of the D leagues will be a real challenge this year. If Eden and The Czech are in the same league, it'll be an interesting one to watch.

I mean, I had a good month and I like to think I'm good, but it's The Czech. He's on another level from me.

I felt that way when I hit top 100 GR. Now I'm back where I probably should be, although I'd like to think I'm top 250 material.
