This time around it does all orders not just Diplomacy, and it does replace server-side code (so no turning it off this time). It should be relatively stable since the DATC test code was modified to work through the new orders, which means it's more thoroughly debugged.

Also the JS comes with map coordinates, so all together this puts live maps within reach, and it's much lighter on the server so there should be fewer order locking bugs.

But there'll no doubt be bugs, so report them here if you notice them
