Timzones...the hot button issue of 2017

Timezones rather. Not timzones....

I have a friend named Tim. He has a rather nice zone. Once we were planting blueberries there, right next to the swimming Pool. Turns out Pool was allergic to blueberries, so we got him an iPhone the next day. Was quite a fun event.

Timzones sound like a odd Tim Hortons promotion. Eat your timbits in the exclusive Timzone

I didn't look at the setup in detail before when I was just a sub, so I had some questions and clarifications after going over it:

Does the Motivator power of the developer permanently increase the power of the target, or just for the following night?

For Voteless and any other powers that can influence the number of votes, will those be visible during standard votecounts, or the adjusted number only during the final votecount?

If lightning rod and paranoid are both active, does that mean all night actors who visit will die?

If the doctor targets the same person as a poisoner does in the night, does it stop the poison in time, or is the target still doomed?

If a player is given a gun and also dies in that same night, does the gun simply vanish?

Does a universal backup who assume's the developer get a fresh set of rolls on the table, or continue where the previous developer left off?

Which mafia member(s) appear to leave their rooms during the night kill action?

Can the traitor be poisoned, or would it be too late?

Or would the poisoner not notice it was traitor until too late*

Gonna have to ask these in the game thread. Locked.
