The Colts got doubled in yardage and time of possession by the Chiefs yet still won. It would be a miracle until you point out that Brady Quinn might as well have handed the ball off to our defenders the way he threw. They coughed up two red zone possessions. It's not a miracle for the Colts, it's a disaster for the Chiefs.

bo_sox, I'm about as old as you are. I had a couple years of sentient Mariners love, but even those were riddled with disappointment, and I got to watch my team lose the most poorly officiated super bowl ever. Other than that, the best thing I get is the Sounders' yearly playoff loss to the Galaxy and a lot of nice dreary rain to cheer myself up.

That wasn't the most poorly officiated Super Bowl ever, though close. That title would belong to the Cardinals, though they played the same team ;)

When I went to Seattle, we were looking at the old basketball stadium from the Space Needle's observatory, and it amazed me that the roof was covered in bird shit. It was surprising that they had a basketball stadium, with a number of teams in the NBA exploring a move, and they couldn't even clean the roof off to make it semi-appealing. Who knows, the owner of the Sacramento Kings could have been up there with me and just decided that Seattle was not about to get his team.

Obviously that's not saying it's all your fault you don't have a good team, but you know. The Seahawks will be good as long as Wilson and Lynch are together.

Although that could be more because we focus on it as well, but this year it has held true. The replacements were arguably as good as the real officials. Ed Hochuli needs to get out of the league and go back to small high school coaching.

Uh no the Vikes are not that good. I'm married to a Vikings fan I hear lament over how horrible they are every year. They've gotten luckily and they have the best Running Back in the NFL, but their Quarterback is spotty at best. Same for the Defense. If the Vikings Defense shows up then they win but a good team has a defense and offense that show up ever game.

They have possibly the best back in the history of football. You're automatically good if you have that. He shreds the best defenses… it's like Barry Sanders with a sewn up ACL. Better take care of him. They have a couple of pieces they need to be year-after-year contenders, quarterback and a second receiver, plus a few holes on the defense, and that's it. Their line is good, not great, but sufficient.

Bo_Sox you do realise that they're looking at trading away Percy harvin right? Yeah I wouldn't count on the Vikings for much for the next few years. And Ponder he's hit or miss... he's had some pretty shitty games this year. Peterson may be the only thing they have going for their offense in a bit. Though Wright has been playing very very well.

Vikes are fine. They drafted really well. Have a solid secondary now. AP is all they need on offense. 200 yards vs the Pack last go around.
