@Orathaic - Did you fail history? Hitler was behind WWII which is the mid 20th Century and the game starts in 1901 so it isn't in the 19th century, but the early 20th before Hitler was born.

He didn"t actually lead the assault but it was his strategy when he was first lord of the Admiralty. It seemed like a good idea on paper, but as we all know it was a disaster because the Turks turned to be much tougher adverseries than they anticipated (plus they made lots of mistakes).

And lastly, the game may start in 1901, but wWW1 didn't start until 1914, so some flexibility must be given with the dates, and WW2 was basically a continuation of that war... (actually lots of wars in europe were just a continuous tradition of beating the hell out of each other, because there were no external threats (since about the mongols... and the Islamic empires...) And eventually America, but only after WW2.

so yeah, i know they were leader during World war 2, but i also know this game is vaguely historical. It is no surprise that player would choose historical war leaders as their usernames.

Is there someone here who actually disagrees with that underlying point?
