Can someone explain the difference between Quantitative Easing & Credit Easing? I'm not getting it. I get that QE is pumping money into circulation by buying large numbers of treasury bonds, but how is the process different with this "credit easing"? It's still expanding the balance sheet, is it not?

Galacia suported Ukrain into Warsaw, while Warsaw attacked Galacia, it is my understanding that this should have prevented ukrain taking warsaw.but warsaw was taken as suport should have been broken.

Read "Avengers of the New World," incredible book and really delves into the complexity of it. Eugene Genovese also wrote an excellent article that gives a (convincing in my opinion) leftist reading of the effects of the revolution. There is also alot written on how much it affected the United state, the fear of slave revolts etc.
Bottom line it was messy. English, Spanish, Americans, Slaves, Freemen, Slaveholders, Royalists, Republicans all had different and fluid agendas and alliances. Best thing to do is to make a timeline
Some big questions you might delve into are the application of natural rights, the different meanings of freedom, the factors contributing to peoples identities (race, labor, ideology etc.), the nature of Colonialism, and of course slavery.
Yes. "Avengers of the New World" is an excellent book about the Haitian revolution. Its a little lengthy, but the Haitian Revolution is so complicated you will probably have to put in quite a bit of time to understand it.
DuBois uses another book as a source that was (and probably still is) the authoritative work on the topic from about the 60s or 70s on. I want to say the author was Dunn but I could be wrong.
I always said that if I knew french and how to write a screenplay I would write a screenplay based off of avengers for HBO. It is the perfect topic for an HBO series. that and the first 20-30 years of the settling of New England.
Basically everyone is gonna want to rip Toussaint and his successors for effectively attempting to re institute a plantation economy and virtual slavery. But when they do remind them that the subsistence agriculture that the slaves wanted doesn't buy guns, it doesn't build a navy, it doesn't pay for a state. Toussaint and Haiti were located in a world that ran on Sugar, Coffee and other raw materials and in re instituting plantation agriculture, he was only embracing that fact (that's Genovese argument)

What things do you to keep track of whats going on in a game, from a diplomacy perspective... to work out the likelihood someone is going to "stab" (a phrase I am becoming quickly accustom with) you a few turns in advance.
is it wise to have a separate word doc open to keep track of whats going on with each country?

My brother(The Man Who Can't Be Moved) without my knowing, decided to joing some daily games that I was in without telling me, 2 of which I believe are Anonymous, this will not compromise how I play the game but it is certainly aggrivating that I could get banned when uses my Laptop, is there anyway I can avoid being under scrutany for this or should I simply avoid it in the future?
