Thanks, Skitch. I won with Germany, it was the lucky start with england and france canceling each other while i grew from 3 to 6 in the first year, and russia was more interested in using his tanks down south (but you know that...). England got crushed early, and italy and me took over france. Meanwhile i managed to held Russia up north, and when Russia and italy went for me, they did it without taking proper defense against turkey.... russia went down fast, and quitted, and italy (props to Haert, great game, he almost won it) fought his best, but Turkey from the east was too much for him, he had mostly armies so Turkish fleets broke his defense, while i had already al of england, so many armies, and several fleets, all of it concentrated on him. He had no chance.
So, it was a very good game of some players there, i was just lucky at the beginning and at the way others fought their wars without touching me.
