Yes you might well, there's probably someone who wants to give themselves a challenge, and with a bit of luck it could go quite well for them. However, offering someone a nation that is in its own starting form whilst all others have had time to grow is not an attractive offer.

I did consider joining your game, but as well as the time issue (I don't do enough mod-work as it is, and exams are a much higher priority) there's a fairness issue. As a security measure, mods can see who's who in anon games that they're not playing in. Thus I already know who everyone is. So, the question: do you think its fair for me to take over CDs in anon games?
