No, I'm not really OK, I lose this game and I just think it's a waste of time to continue it, that's all :/

The best thing to do is always keep playing until the death. Anything else will get you a reputation as a quitter.

Part of being a good player in this game is learning to lose gracefully.

It is not a waste of time. The goal is to get 18 centres and while you have at least a single SC you've got a chance. Like Draugnar points out it's down to your diplomatic skills to work your way up to 18. Brains, not brawns (at least until you reach a certain size, anyway).

If you were to quit now and leave your country in CD you'd be making the game less interesting and challenging for others and thereby (possibly) wasting other people's time. I don’t know if you care about that but that’s something to think about when you sign up for a game.

C'mon Herbert, you have 4 centers in that game! Keep at it, and work to get the other players to attack each other. You never know how it will turn around.

Herbert, this isn't monopoly or scrabble where you can just quit and it has no real effect on others. This is a game of intense communication and removing a player from the game prematurely seriously affects the way the game is played out, quite possibly ruining it for the other players. I've had allies NMR because life got in the way and left me totally screwed and, while that is forgivable, if one of them were to do it because they were "wasting their time" then I'd have to seriously reconsider ever playing with them again. You quit, you get a rep as a quitter and people will be out to eliminate you early on so that you don't get a chance to quit and you'll never enjoy a game on here again.

Yes for the game I have 4 SC, and if I have to play I will try my best, but I'm such in a bad position that I don't see why they could let me live, I'll try though.
But also, sometimes there is game where I want to quit even if I'm good, because some player I really needed did nothing, or just sometimes there is like two players together, and one is doing everything to make his friend win, and so on, and sometimes, I just dont wanna play no more.
So I was asking if there was a nice way, like if somebody can replace me.
But I see there is not, so I will continue, don't worry ;)
