Damn why did you have to go make me lose the game like that. I was having such a nice winning streak, but then your post made me think of it...

Funny you should bring this up. My friends and I used to play (started around 4 years ago) but stopped (around a year ago) because so many people were playing in the common room someone would loose around every 10mins. Then, I completely forgot about it until it was mentioned in a free newspaper given out on public transport where I live. As long as it's not overplayed it's no harm to anyone!

Its a game that was made up by some sound enginer (according to the London Lite paper) where you lose by thinking about the game itself.
If you cant remember the game then you are still in the game but as soon as you remember the existance of the game you have lost.

Its a rather strange concept but quite entertaining.

Since I'm posting this less than 10 minutes after Pandarsenic it's not likely that I'll make even more people lose.

Funny... I knew of the game but didn't know it was international.

so... join the group

if you like the game now, you won't after a while. the group will still be there.

it's only "harmless" if no one else you know plays it.

and please, please, do not tell your friends about it. just humor me.

3 rules to the game. Very Simple but utterley controlling


1) EVERYONE is playing the game, doesn't matter if you know about it or not. you're playing from birth.

2) The only way to be winning the game is to FORGET you are playing it, so when you think of anything to do with the game you lose. (but after a a five minute grace period in which you can forget about the game you are back in.)

3) A loss must be announced to at least one person, more if you can. if they don't know about the game. tell them.
