For France, it would be the lost of use of F Brest for 1 year, but France could still get 2 builds.
For Germany, it would be the lost of either Den, or Holland[assuming in the variant that Germany can choose which one], and also Germany can still move into Bur. However, Germany would know for sure North Sea would be unoccupied A1901.
For Russia, no Norway is not that bad.
For England, well, you got 3 builds. What will you build? With perhaps a German fleet in North Sea, French fleet in English Channel, and scatter about F Nor, F Den/Hol, A Bel.

That's not the only way England could get a triple build - you could negate the need for Denmark if you could convince France to convoy you into Brest instead. Sure, it's never going to happen, but any England triple build is never going to happen :)

This is not a valid order:

[France] F Brest convoy A Wal > Bel

The northern part of your plan is feasible. If you can convince Germany to bounce Sweden, you might be able to get a vacated Denmark by getting Russia to go to Baltic.

Around Belgium... It's essentially a Key Lepanto but with less of a payoff. Why would France convoy you over when you're leaving London open for him to walk into? What does France gain from this over a standard opening?

The army takes Belgium via the French fleet, North Sea takes Holland, and Norwegian takes Norway.

I didn't notice the original post already describes this, though. The point is, there's more than one set of orders.

ATC correct ... as France does 'not' get 2 builds if convoys an english army into Brest (only gets 1 build .. plus Spain, plus Por, minus Brest)

France wouldn't convoy into BRE, it would convoy into BEL.

gameID=83280 is the ONLY three build England we have on webdip.

I did a search for games where England had 6 orders in Fall 01 - since build orders and move orders all count. There are four such games, and all games have France move to the channel in the Spring.

But, the three other games are sealions, where England has two build orders and a retreat from the North Sea (either a disband or into a centre).

@Everyone Thank you for correcting me that there were more than 1 possible 3 build combination(rare A Wal > Brest).
And as someone already pointed out the Northern part is possible(an anti German gambit)

Consider if to cement a game long alliance, and to test the willingness of the British to trust me, as France, I propose that England use the "3 build opening" on the condition that I can station a fleet in the channel for an extended period(say to 1903, or some specific build threshold), all convoys there will be handle by me, DMZ NAO, and no F Lon(A Lon is okay)

While initially France takes a build hit, it has superior position. If England reneges in S1901, it reverts to a Channel bounce opening. I have all the justification to build F Brest, and know where I stand with the British. If England blinks in A1901, well too bad for them, no F Lon, I can point to my convoy order and insist I kept my word, and want my reward, a garrison fleet in the channel.

I am not saying this isn't borderline impossible to achieve, but in the hands of imaginative people, it might just work. If you were England, and France comes TO YOU with this proposal, wouldn't you just want to try for the sake of its steer epicness. Some people consider English solo's to be on their to do list, maybe a 1901 3 build England should be one as well. Not saying that France won't just go ahead and stab England for London.
