Hawkeye. He has way better equipment. I'm not tight on the LOTR Lore, never been a fan, but I'm pretty sure an exploding arrow can end an elf's life in a second. Katniss is a good shot, but Hawkeye is leagues above her.

I feel like even Primrose, let alone Katniss, could pueh over Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye.

Really? I thought that they made Jeremy Renner a bit too OP in the movies. I mean, the guy is some sort of superhuman who's immune to psychic powers.

Legolas's abilities are fairly ridiculous, certainly massively better than any human both in ability to shoot and ability to straight up avoid being hit by practically anything. Katniss would definitely be outclassed - she's good, but merely human.

I don't know enough about Hawkeye to compare.

Lets do a pro/con list.

Katniss:
Very good shot. But human
Possibly explosive arrows (depending on which book)
Human reflexes, eyesight, attributes, etc.

Hawkeye:
State of the art equipment
Explosive arrows
Better than human eyesight, reflexes, strength

Legolas:
Elf
Dude can see like 20 leagues
Dude has elvish reflexes
Stronger than any human
Wooden bow/arrows (but elvish made, so slightly magical?)

I am biased, but I am going to go with Legolas.

The Elvish gear isn't merely "slightly" magical, it's most definitely extremely magical.

So by the sound of KingCyrus's list, Goldfinger is right, Legolas is OP, nerf Legolas.

@Yoyo: I wasn't convinced. Jeremy Runner looked too cartoony, cutesy, or cuddly in those films. There was little edge.

I find it easier to imagine Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye napping than I do him killing Primrose Everdeen.

Also, Legolas is merely a bit above average for an LotR elf. There are much more insanely OP elves even at the end of the third age there. :-)

I doubt it. Legolas would be aware of necromancery stuff like that. He'd be gone before that arrow ever lands.

Also Legolas could shoot Hawkeye before Hawkeye could even see Legolas.

Legolas even though he is a wimp compared to earlier elves would destroy the other pretenders . Didn't Hawkeye get maged out by Thors brother with a shiny stick.( whom even the hulk could beat up ??) one of the funniest smack down scenes ever .

And as said above Katniss would be sooo I love with Legolas she wouldn't pull the trigger . + he is kinda immortal..not completely I know but the next best thing..
