Players are to be ranked worse than 200 Ghost-ranking (not your rating). TA's are best when selected from the top 200 players from the site, athough I would take someone borderline if no top 200 player would come forward.
One other professor is appreciated. Uclabb has offered to add some guest commentary from time-to-time and I have two people that can start but in late June. Sign-ups are first-come-first-serve and if there is a player that can start prior to this date, then I will give preference to that player. The reason being, is that as things drag out, people fall out of the ability to commit and others become disinterested. The SoW requires 15+ people to be involved in a full game, with less than half of them actually playing the game.
Any excess players that do not get into the regular game, I try to use as either (a) a sitter, or (b) a replacement.
If you are a player after the game gets underway and you KNOW you will no longer participate, DO NOT simply CD. We have plenty of others that want the spot. If you CD, then you've thrown a great game down the crapper all because you're angry and don't want to continue playing to the bitter end. Please keep your commitment, and if you cannot, then we can assign you a sitter or replacement.
