That is of no concern of yours. If a player has a problem with the mods, that player needs to contact us.

Discussion of banned players are allowed. We are talking about why he could have been banned. At least that is what I am doing.

I didn't say it wasn't allowed, I said it didn't concern Sly. You may discuss it if you which, but the mods are not required to justify every ban we preform.

The only reason the other thread was locked was because Locked himself was the poster in question (he returned with a new account) and it was inappropriate and against the rules for him to do so. Abge wisely points out that the mods are under no obligation to discuss the reasons and circumstances and I am starting to think them providing an explanation for Sandgoose's banning might have been a mistake cause now people want to know why all their online friends were banned. SG was a special situation as he was on vacation when it happened so much was questioned, but he is the exception not the rule and the mods are within their rights to keep the workings of the WebDip illumination secret.

Look at his profile and figure it out for yourself. The word "multi" should give it away.

You don't have to play with your own multi to be a multi. You just have to have multiple accounts to be a multi. I am sure they have some kind of IP address trigger or something and these two accounts would log in from the same IP and browser right after each other.

I had a multi because I didn't know it was a rule. I never played in any games with it; I just wanted some points to play with. They contacted me and I gutted up to it. If he got banned, it's because either he's done it before or because he didn't admit to it even though they can tell without trying.

The rules prohibit multiple accounts. Period. They even clearly state that using.in game together or not is irrelevant. A second account is against the rules.

I am so concerned about Locke Enderas because according to the mods I am him. I assume that they banned Locke because they saw me and him using the same ip. Now I see why they would ban locke after realizing this, but in reality Locke is my younger brother, not me. I originally found diplomacy and introduced it to him, but lost interest after realizing that I wasn't very good at it. He originally played on a different website before coming here, but liked this one the best. He has asked me to appeal for him since his previous attempt (check earlier thread) failed. I could care less whether you ban this/my account since I don't use it anymore, but please let him continue to play.

Well, you could just let Locke use this account. Not sure how you could prove to the mods you are siblings (assuming what he says is true)

Just give him your account then, and I'm pretty sure this is not how you appeal. Should be done in private channels its common sense.

@abgemacht I've been busy all day, this Is the first opportunity I've had. Also if you mods check our comments, thread posts, and pm's, (assuming u can) you'll find plenty of evidence that we are 2 different people from our personalities...

We directly asked you about additional accounts. *That* would have been the time to explain the situation. You are doing nothing to help yourself or your alleged brother by continuing to cause a scene in the Forum after you've been asked not to.

They aren't going to waste their time doing that dude, instead they email you and ask you. It's really simple they did the same for my brother and I.

Lame excuse, slyguy. And as has been pointed out, you email *them*. Do you wait for the courts to ask you if you want to appeal their decision or do you file the appeal with them using proper channels? Well, proper channels are email and you need to send it.
