As Lenin repeatedly said about Trotsky, he was fond of sonorous phrases. He was "leftwing in form, rightwing in essence".
""There is also a letter from Kollontai who... has returned to Norway from America. N. Iv. and Pavlov... had won Novy Mir, she says,... but ... Trotsky arrived, and this scoundrel at once ganged up with the Right wing of Novy Mir against the Left Zimmerwaldists!! That's it!! That's Trotsky for you!! Always true to himself, twists, swindles, poses as a Left, helps the Right, so long as he can... "(Collected Works, Vol. 35, p. 288)."
Trotskyists pretend as if Trotsky was some kind of true inheritor of Lenin's legacy, when in fact he opposed Lenin virtually his entire career.
"“I know that there are, of course, sages who think they are very clever and even call themselves Socialists, who assert that power should not have been seized until the revolution had broken out in all countries. They do not suspect that by speaking in this way they are deserting the revolution and going over to the side of the bourgeoisie. To wait until the toiling classes bring about a revolution on an international scale means that everybody should stand stock-still in expectation. That is nonsense.” - Lenin on Trotsky's defeatist theory of 'permanent revolution'.
""Trotsky behaves like a most despicable careerist and fac-tionalist. . . . He pays lip service to the Party, but behaves worse than any other factionalist," wrote Lenin at the time."
Trotskyists use the Red Army as a shield from all of the anti-Bolshevik actions undertaken by him during the time immediately following the war, when he was leading the so-called "Workers Opposition". He led a fractious fight about trade unions with Lenin, when the trade union issue wasn't even important at the time. Hilariously, Trotsky is branded as some kind of more democratic communist, when he strenuously advocated imposing a military-like discipline and governmentalization of the trade unions, instead of using persuasion. He also against any election of trade union bodies. Yet this stooge is the same person who loves to step on the shoulders of workers and claim he's their true advocate.
They also blame everybody else for the fragmentation of global communism when its their movement who keep coming up with new excuses to attack actually existing socialism, hail counterrevolutionary movements aiming to overthrow socialism, and divide themselves. I mean, why on earth does the US left for example have dozens of Trotskyite parties that all hate each other? But the anti-revisionist groups not only get along but have a global communist seminar they attend annually, organized by the KKE?
As for the accusations of fascism, bizarre they are not. Antonio Gramsci, no orthodox Marxist-Leninist by any means, called him the puttana of fascism.
As for the example that Trotsky did in fact collaborate with fascism, I present the following:
