The following turn, Austria left Moscow practically undefended when I blitzed Warsaw, so you would have had an opportunity for a third build, given I was in no position to attack Norway. At that point, both Turkey and Italy were well on their way to being eliminated and you could have continued to pressure Warsaw and Sev while I moved on Vienna. You gave up a draw because you quit at the first sign of adversity.
