France:
It seemed for me we will have an alliance with Germany, from the very beginning, but I made an early mistake letting him into Ruhr, which cost me Belgium. Even worse I wanted to bounce myself in Ruhr, but accidentally I got into Ruhr which just made things worse, he got into Burgundy while Italy for some ununderstandable reason also started abusing me. Thanks for luck and careful planning I managed to defend everything, but that cost me a lot of time and England was the clear winner of all that. I had another misorder, by going to north atlantic instead of kicking out Italy. Another time loss.
Italy wasn't giving up, which I still don't understand, Turkey has built his 3rd ship, but Italy was still abusing me even though I didn't pose any threat to him. It was clear to me, he will go under, if he doesn't start defending himself. I knew I can disturb his defense, so I did, and Turkey finished the rest of the job. Italy was still attacking me, when Turkey was already in Ionian. Ridiculous. Especially since Italy was alone against me, we got along with Germany in the meantime and he contained England.
When England was contained, by Germany mainly, it was easy for me. All I took care is to help either Germany or Turkey, till the very end, because I had no true chance to expand without giving up much of my defense. Also attacking Germany would have risen the risk of a Turkish solo. So when Germany took Warshaw, I took Belgium, so the balance was held. I built a fleet in Brest, signing Germany I had no intention going against him. He got the message. Although we didn't have a clear understanding in every round, we cooperated very well I think, while both of us was cautios to keep his defense solid. England got broke, I was in no hurry finishing him, I decided to stop Turkey first, and finish England when I can.
The rest is history, I attacked Tunis, because I thought Turkey will take Naples anyway, it would have been 1 gain 1 loss for him, and easy to get back of Tunis 1 round later, but it would have broken Italy. He didn't attack, but I did. I couldn't understand turkey later as well. From that point the endgame was quite clear, I showed Turkey my support in Trieste and in Tyrr as well, so both Germany and Turkey coud have seen, I'm fine with the draw. If the 3 of us had been able to cooperate in the endgame, we could have finished as early as 1913 Autumn. I was assuming it will happen, but I was wrong and it took a little extra time. Of course Germany's intention to build up the Moscow Ukraine Warshaw stalemate line is clearly understandable. He need 6 armies for the "cheapest" stalemate line and he had only 6 armies. That was my strategy as well, as the cheapest closure of atlantic is 5 units with minimum 3 fleets. But Turkey wasn't focusing on finishing austria+italy, so it took a lot of time. The very last turn was interesesting, I was hoping Germany will vote a draw, otherwise both of us would have soume tough times ahead.
