How do I have a 0.1481?

I've played only 4 full press WTA games, with one solo, two 3way draws and one loss.

Doesn't that make it 0.3611 for me?

Perhaps you counted a non-classic game? I only count classic. Don't ask me why, it's just the one that appeals to me most. Anyways, then I count ABI-48, House Money Part 2, The Lifeboat, two of which you drew 3 ways and one you "lost". That makes .1481

I don't think I can commit to any long-term games at the moment, but I would be interested in getting into some quality live games. Could you provide some more info on the format and structure of the tournament?

Well my plan is (and this will probably modified often) to make several groups of seven, at least one group being a group of C>.16 players however arbitrary that is, I just felt it was a good idea to have some limit there.

(The reason: I am growing tired of people who insist on educating me in games and calling me a noob, even if I'm winning. I don't mind, but these people better be good, they usually aren't.)

For the rest, I'm just collecting names of people who are interested and based on how popular the Carnivore Tournaments / System becomes, I have more flexibility to organize a better tournament.

Could you send me some advice, preferably in this thread but if you want by PM, on how to best organize a tournament? I've never done it before on this site.

That might help give you some ideas with respect to possible formats and structures that you might want to try. You'll probably be able to get more interest if you first at least outline the competition format you may be considering. People need to have an idea of what they are getting into before committing to a multi-game tournament.

I'm prorbably not the best to ask for more specific advice as I haven't had any direct experience in organizing tournaments. However, some other mods, such as abge or Geo, have and perhaps would be willing to share their thoughts.

Im not clear, does the scoring system apply also to Gunboats? Or should we exclude them altogether?
