Yes, it was a great game because I got points out of it. Everyone screwed up moves at some point in the game. Shit, it was long enough. I was just about to cancel my draw vote when I saw we went into spring. These are the gunboats I like. Players knowing what the hell they are doing plus everyone around them. I love it when I had Venice & Italy took it back. I have never seen so many arrows pointed in 1 direction. Great game guys, I enjoyed it.

What a great game. I made little headway at any point in the game in terms of SCs but I loved it. At one point I realized it was 1913 and only one person was eliminated and no draw votes.

I enjoyed a beautiful alliance with Austria as I went for the lepanto. Then Austria screwed moves up and let Russia into his SCs. Just as Austria recovered and I was about to get a Turkish SC Germany snaked into TYR and took VEN. Despite the fact that I had NO units near my home centers I managed to retake it thanks to a lucky disband in GAL (rebuilt in ROM as a backstop). Then with the help of Austria and France I took back Venice (the two year war for Venice was EPIC).

Later, Austria and Turkey fell and I decided to take the opportunity to gain some SCs. I kept trying to indicate friendship with Germany but he didn't reciprocate until the last few turns. Somewhere down the line Barn3tt came and took VEN. Barn, I can understand you were going for the survive, but why on earth would you block my only fleet going to ION when I needed at least 2 to get TUN back from you, and that too at the cost of giving Russia the win? Man that was crazy.

France, good game man. Solid throughout. Steady gains. Good diplomacy.

That was one of the most epic games in memory in terms of gunboat communication.

Germany at one point towards the end I disbanded GAL against Russia just because I was pissed at you.

Also, stratagos, good game. Good alliance. Thanks for letting me retreat to VIE during those truly trying times.

I'm sure at some point in this game everyone was pissed at me.

Frustrating game for me. I was willing to be friends with either Germany or France- neither seemed to get it and so we had a 3-way hammer fest. Eventually, I got bored and tried and change the dynamics- too hard it seems. It cost me so I went globe trotting.
