So what are the buy-ins for the leagues and tournaments?

25 default, 5 if you ask for reduced buy-in.

It has been 25 default, however I am going to go for 5 default with a higher buy-in negotiable as being an easier option to manage.

also - i'm a bit unclear... for the tournament, there is only one game right? (5pts) but for the league there are multiple games correct? how many games?

so in aggregate, how many points would I need to store up to enter the tourney and the league? thats the main question ;P

For the GFDT, it is 10 points per round, 5 for the final.

For the Leagues, it is 5 points per game, this season, 4 games

Wonderllama runs the GFDT. His email is in his profile. There are 2 simultaneous games running per round, except I suppose for the final round.

I too cannot access the GFDT site... (not loading properly).

GFDT site is borked along with several of my computers. :( Thankfully I have backups. Haven't had a chance to put them back up, but they will get up sometime today. Sorry for the trouble folks.

GFDT entries are accepted late summer/early fall and the tournament runs 3 rounds (although I could conceive of there being a 4th if there were sufficient demand). As TheGhostmaker said, buy in for all but the final round is 10 points (since each player is playing in two games) and 5 points for the final round (one game only).
