Within the next few days. I had hoped to close signups tonight. We're very close though. I expect the stragglers to band into 2 or so teams in the next day. HR will post his team eventually, and Teams Croatia and Brazil should be able to morph into something similar

We'd also be open to accepting Vecna as a refugee. Alternatively, we can justify this otherwise odd relation by recalling the Dutch invasion of Northeastern Brazil in the early 17th century, or we can create the Unwilling Spanish Subjects Team, if one considers we were both under nominal Spanish rule at the same time.

Anyway, we're anxious to have whoever wants to apply and can find some awkward and inventive relation. We can even help you find that exotic and wildly creative relation with Brazil.
