jamie can't make a rule proposal of that nature though. he would have to make that as a rule amendment (ghug has one where we go to a queue). if it's a rule amendment he would have to pick a rule to amend too.

ghug proposed (as an amendment to your rule) that we have all the rules we were in a process of voting on in a queue, and vote on them in turn. his proposal also involved him getting 10 pointz.

you (or i) could propose to amend the rule as to just invalidate all the unresolved proposed rules and then to start with completely new rules.

if we wait another 20 hours (about), there will be no problem since all rules have a 24 hour expiry date.

Alright, after reviewing all of the rules, I think this is what everybody needs.

I propose that rule 7 is ammended to read:

This game is not turn-based. However, all current proposals, all current amendments and all current deletions are voided. From this point forward, only one proposal, ammendment, or deletion can be considered or voted for. Any other proposals, amendments or deletions that players wish to propose will be placed in a queue. Each nomic member may only have one proposal, amendment, or deletion in the queue at any time.
