I joined a game but it is broken

Some dude just emailed me and challenge me for a 1v1 are there 1v1's? And how did he get my email he apparently knows me from here? This is weird. He says he's been looking at my posts on the forums and he wants to break me. Wtf does that mean.

Question - I don't understand what I did wrong.

Modern Diplomacy II Map - I'm Spain, I have a fleet Seville, Sea of Gibraltar, and an army in Gibraltar. The UK has a fleet in Morocco and that's it. Our fleets bounced in the South Atlantic Sea, I attempted to convoy my army from Gibraltar to Algeria... but it failed.. So why did it fail if the other player didn't touch my unit in Gibraltar & the Sea of Gibraltar?

Question

Can you support an enemy unit into your own unit to force it to move(blow up)?
North Sea supports Sweden into Norway
North Sea and Norway are Italian and Sweden is Turkey.
(those are examples, as you can see I use things not prob going to happen

Little colored bars?

When clicking another country's tab in the game interface, what is the significance of the stacked, colored bar above the messaging interface? The colors seem to be the colors of the various countries, but I can't figure out what they represent.

How do support orders work with these territories and their surrounding territories?

In the World Diplomacy IX Variant, armies and fleets can move back and forth freely among these two territories. In addition, a fleet in the South Pacific Ocean could move to these territories as well, meaning that SPO is adjacent to RiS and MBL. Now here is the kicker. When I order SPO to support an army in RiS to MBL, I get the following error:

Parameter 'fromTerrID' set to invalid value '51'

Is this a fluke in the coding or can I truly not make this support order even though adjacency rules say otherwise?

The territories are adjacent for fleets but not for armies.

You should get that same error when you try to order the army in RIS to MBL.

No, the army in RiS can move to MBL no problem.

Have you gotten an army to successfully complete that move? I've only ever been able to do it via convoy. There are several known bugs on the World Map. Not sure if this one is intentional, but some of the others are Mos and Arm not being adjacent for Fleets, just Armies and another one I know if is that units can move from Vostok to dumont durville despite them being non-adjacent on the map.

The Vos-Ddu should say that fleets can move between them despite no common coast. The territories do have a land border on the map so armies moving between them is no surprise.

Vostok and Dumon Durville are adjacent. I have not been able to successfully complete the move. The game is not even allowing me to perform a convoy of RiS to MBL, because I do have a unit in the South Pacific Ocean. So I should be able to make that convoy at the very least.

Oh ok, you mean adjacent with fleets. That would be an error if fleets can move between them.
