I don't think the missionary has given us much of a progress update, but considering that we don't have a proper educational system in place and that we haven't regulated what he teaches basically at all, I would expect that those he has come into contact with are either put off by him or not gaining much. At this stage of things, I don't think it's wise to ask him to come into contact with the separatists unless he is protected, so it's pretty safe to say that we either have to give him some more resources or call him back and assign him elsewhere. Personally, I favor the former, but we need to talk it over.
I guess the secretary positions are filled for the time being. TrPrado, you're in charge of labor and/or resources ("and" if we're combining them). KC, you're in charge of the defenses and the Guard. I'm in charge of communicating with our loyal natives and to what degree I can the separatists. We can probably just put off formal elections until when the HC's term is up at this point.
Speaking of the HC, I think that we need to consider giving HR a break. He's clearly busy (mafia, mod, full time job as a stripper/waiter in a back-alley hideaway club), so I think we might just bring it upon ourselves to do his duties until he either returns or elections come around.
Magistrate, I would like to request that we attempt to find a few more councilors. We have had a number of untimely deaths and it appears that a significant number are suffering from some kind of unknown disease that causes muteness. We could use more input.
