Anyone for any part of this plan? Comments? I don't know how to feel.

I am confused why fruit consumption, something we didn't have, ended up getting offered. I didn't see it mentioned anywhere?

Magistrate: Councilor Riot, the colonists were promised increased rations; those are what they desired.

Then maybe they should convince separatists to come back to our workforce so that eventually they can actually have fruit.

Prado, can you recap what exactly you are talking about again?

The loyalists want fruit, but we don't have fruit and need more workers to produce fruit.

And by "this plan" I meant the tasks we have set for the month.

We need to give the natives what we promised them. We're simply going to lose what little positive influence we have on the island right now if we don't fill them up like we said we would. I'm afraid to tell you all that if we don't meet the promises we made the natives, I'm not certain that I feel safe remaining on the island.

I absolutely agree that we need to try as best as possible to meet our promises. And make us safe.

I will leave on the next ship and return on the second ship...... I will come back to a shell of a colony, devoid of life...... Roanoke lol

Bo: We will over time. We don't have what they're asking, and we can't give them what we don't have. The promises were haphazard, and there's little to nothing we can do to fix that.

We can cut rations for those that can afford it to fill theirs. We will all survive.

We can cut the rations given to the separatists :)

We have all the food (our wheat stockpile went up as it would, meaning the granary and all the wheat in it is ours to use), but wheat consumption dropped by about half. And wheat rations increased due to the promises. This means the other half of the island won't be fed.

I propose we rename the colony Roanoke.

We should absolutely cut rations given to the separatists, but we need to keep every promise we made to the loyalists to the letter.

I would like to restate my proposal, I would like to rename the colony Roanoke. If we rename the colony the loyalists will have something to rally around.

Councilor Byron is a fuckboy.

Councilor Bo is a soon to be lost settler of the infamous Roanoke Colony.

Again, rations to separatists are already cut. As in they don't get food.

Darn, ah well. We can't give what we don't have. I say we put the blame for that one the Elders.

I suppose we have a brilliant counteroffer now, though. That would be that their people get to eat.

Also, we must require that they put their people back to work as we had them. The Elders are worried about their own, and going with our request is the only way to properly protect them. Otherwise they starve.

The Magistrate reminds the Council that colonists loyal to the Elders are not currently following directives. They are currently self-sufficient and autonomous. Restricting access to areas such as the Docks and Grainary will limit their ability to provide for themselves.

That's what the palisade and the law (that only I have expressed desire for) are for.

So are we going to starve them into submission? Take control of the docks first?
