I just got back from a holiday and caught up to the thread. I'd have preferred to be in the first game but the second has enough people I'm unfamiliar with which is fine with me. I would however prefer a 40-50 point WTA as opposed to the 25.

I'll put up however many points the bet is decided to be.

English is an INTERNATIONAL language that almost everyone speaks and is the easiest way to comunicate (I would prefer portuguese if you can speak it).
American time is not an International time.

They don't. I don't. Some individuals may think in those ways, but making blanket statements like that just tears people apart when we should be attempting to come together. I said I was sorry for my insensitivity to non-americas.

I asked for international time and I got a stupid comparison about languages...
Europeans, Asians, Australians, etc, etc (non-americans) don't have to know what time is in North America or do we?
If there is an interntional "code" for time, why shouldn't we use it?
And yes, English is THE LANGUAGE to be used in international communication.
So, you agree the comparison makes no sense, or not?

And, I don't have anything against Americans... I just think that some of them think that they live in the center of the world. That was shown by lulzworth commentary... while everyone started putting international time, he had to make a joke...

But there is no problem... let's not make a drama out of it.

Center of the world - no. Galaxy - yes; Universe - not yet proven, although initial research points to somewhere 70 miles NNW of Fargo, North Dakota.

Though I was pulling hard for Portugal in the 2006 World Cup. Their defense looked awesome throughout. I was bummed when the lost.
