I actually like this new title better.

It's growing on me too. That first game was cursed, probably because I wasn't respectful enough to put ladies first, but justinnhoo showed me the light, thanks justin.

Crazyter didn't want to decide who else got in, so I narrowed it down for her to finalize. I ruled out anyone I'm currently playing and/or played recently very much, then went by GR. I'll PM invites to uclabb and Countess Tillian. Here's the final list of players:

I know of or have played everyone on this list (played all but two of you) so looks and sounds good to me. Should be fun getting my clock cleaned by MM and Crazyter (and possibly abgemacht and uclabb). Can't say about Tillian, and hellalt will be fun to push into a tizzy. Just kidding, hellalt. Hope all is well with that personal problem. Did the rash clear up. ;-)

Draugnar, appearing humble will not win you any points with The Diplomacy Gods, I recommend you try another approach.

It's not appearing humble. It's a simple fact. I'm outclassed by a minimum of four of my opponents. My best hope is to remain anonymous and fly under the radar.

You clearly buy into GR and/or points far too much, we're all seven relative equals.

If you say so. I tend to think GR is fairly accurate in that a top 10 player is superior to a top 150 player.

Maybe we're all relative equals, but some are more equal than others... ;-)

Holy crap! I hadn't seen the new November ratings yet. I'm 77th!? That *has* to be a mistake. I guarantee it will go down next month.

I see a three way draw: Draugnar, Countess Tillian, and hellalt. Too bad we don't know who each other are in the game and it would be cheating to find out who we were and even more cheating to then metagame just to improve our collective GRs.

OK, you six (four less abgemacht and hellalt, actually), I'm looking for three more players for a daytime quasi live game during the week at work in the Americas. Anyone in this time zone interested? I know hellalt is out being in Greece, but Crazyter, MadMarx, uclab, and possibly Countess Tillian. It's WTA semi-anon (like this) with a 20 point buyin to be played in 30 minute to 1 hour turns (honor based) during work/school hours (11A to 6P Eastern) with turn flexibility as we all have things happne to drag us from our desks for more than an hour. Turns are set to 4 days so we can take the weekends off and just have fun to break the monotony of the day.

So MadMarx, when are you going to join one of my games? I keep hoping that you'll post interest but you've yet to do so. My games don't have any player rated less than 100 and the next one's lowest ranking is 57. I'd love the chance to play a game knowing that the best player on the site was involved. Think about it. I'd love to have you.

I hate to say, but I'm not planning on joining any new games for the foreseeable future. I'd like to think I could wait a year to join another game, but I already doubt I can resist for that long. Maybe we can get something going in the next month or two, but I'll be leaving the country for a few weeks in March and I certainly don't want any active games by then, which means I'd be looking for 24 hour phases. I'm in far too many right now and am heading out of town for Thanksgiving, maybe PM me in December?
