Babak, I have sent Chris Hughes a message asking for the necessary data, so if/when that gets back to me, I'll be able to set up the program to run, and then can post the list up on my site.

My goal was to pass wooooo (who I consider to be one of the best newer guys to the site). Of course, he had to jump 117 spots to finish 1 spot ahead of me.

Ouch.

I know I can vouch for the justice in placing Jacob that high up. I've always found it incredible just how good people can be at subjectively analysing players, and ranking them, whilst a rating system can take over 30 games to get a decent gauge of somebody's skill, just because it can't do anything but use the measurement of the end result, whilst a human can look at a game where somebody lost, and still say that they are a good player from it.

btw, because of the "latency" factor, I am not going to be the slightest bit surprised if we get a new all-time no.1 next month from TheMasterGamer (Madmarx has no active games atm, so don't expect him to get it)

Maybe someday I'll break the damn top 50. Someday soon...

Also, I have been playing in a couple games that woooo has met success, and I get beyond frustrated. He won't let me win!
