I guess I'll be a 15 point PPSC 18-hour phase (with agreement to honor 15-minute finalizations for diplomacy turns and 5 minutes for retreats and unit-placings)? The 15 points are for Matematico to be able to join... in principle I wouldn't mind rasing the stakes a little over that.

I'll join if it's a 10-12AM EST game, but only if it's PPSC, not WTA and we can agree to a 15-minute rounds and 5 for unitplacing and retreats. And I would agree on raising the stakes a bit, but 15 are okay for me.

nshadle... do you mean you want to start before noon or finish before noon? we don't expect the game to last much shorter than 4 hours...

the only thing is... unless everyone is available for the next 6 hours, we have to know when the 7th player will join, or we'll still be stuck

yes, go ahead make it, as you are above 100 you can make it WTA...
in the worst case we play a regular low point game :( much more likely though, is that people will join as they drop in here until 12.30...

Oh right... I just noticed babak originally proposed WTA... but nshadle said he wouldn't join in that case.

Only 3 players have posted in this thread in the past 30 minutes... I don't think we can make 7 before 1230... it's quite hard to fix dates like this on the fly. Several players are counting on 1230... so don't be surprised if we have to wait until then.

I would prefer not to make the game yet... someone could join who is not available for long enough...
