@ghug: actually you are right. the vote was stuck at 4 2 and people stopped voting for it. I thought at the time four was majority but we had 8 players. I guess you should all just vote on that amendment that had 4 aye votes on it.

Rules:
1. No dice rolling.

When Semck said done, was that to pass ghug's amendment?? If so, what do we do with Kasi's amendment proposal?? I guess rule 11 would put it in the queue, meaning it would go at the bottom of the queue?? Or at the top??

Also, I made a proposal recently (before semck's) that should be added to the queue.

My proposal is on p13 and reads as follows:

Any proposed rule or amendment that is redundant will dock all of the proposer's accumulated pointz and give that exact amount to every other player.

Since my proposal is getting shot down, I guess I will retract it in order to get the next proposal on the table.

Well, if my amendment passed, I'd like to propose the following:

Players can form coalitions. Coalitions are groups of players who can win together. The winning condition of a coalition is 1.5 times the sum of the winning conditions of the constituents rounded up to the nearest integer. Coalitions are allowed to add players, disband, and make internal rules of governance. Players in coalitions maintain their individual votes unless otherwise dictated. No coalition may comprise more than half of the players in the game.

I think you need a clause in there about how coalitions are formed (such as consent of all of those involved) and how new members are added (such as the coalition has complete rights to govern how a nomic member can join their coalition). If those are added to the proposal I would vote for it (when the time comes).

Any addition or removal of a player to or from a coalition must follow any rules the coalition has created to govern additions and removals. A player must forfeit all nomic pointz to his coalition upon joining, as well as any nomic points which might be gained while a member of said coalition. A coalition has the right to redistribute the points of the players upon a player's leaving of the coalition or the coalition's disbandment. No coalition may comprise more than half of the players in the game.
