Reading the constant barrage in every fucking thread does. Spam doesn't just come in new threads. It can be warmed over spam in the form of replies in existing threads.

I would even argue that the community is self-monitoring. There aren't endless inane spams created. If you didn't create your two stupid threads, there would be only two or maybe three threads calling them out. They probably would have died too if you didn't keep on talking about them.
