TheWonderLlama were the emails sent suppose to contain the email addresses of all the players in the assigned games? The ones I received had a list of names, but no email address for anyone of the you TWL.

I only recieved one email announcing the players of my game. Is the other one important?

I hope I have understood this properly: I have received two emails, I telling me to join Round 1 - game 4 and the other Round 1 - game 5.
Is that right? Was I supposed to join two games?

Sorry forget what i said, for some reason one of the emails was bounced to spam and the other one wasnt.

I can find some of them by searching for their profiles on here but not everyone has theirs listed. I don't want to create the game until I have the addresses of the participants. That would give everyone the same amount of time to join the game.

He has created a group email list that you can use for communicating with everyone (which doesn't disclose they're actual email address for privacy reasons).
e.g. for my game it's called:
[email protected]

Use this to email your group members.

Actually I am not in game 5, I am in Game 15 in addition to game 4.

first, it tells me to create these games
then, it tells me to e-mail this list of players (whose adress I do not have)
and then it tells me someone else will be the creator

Akroma I think if you just click reply it might send the email to everyone on the list. Take a look at the email address, it should match the game number. That's what I have noticed.

Correction don't click reply but the email address you need is there. Not where it says where the email is "from" but where it says "to". It is the same as the game round and number.

Edit: if you use the corresponding email adress (gftd2008-r1-g#@llamanation.org, where # is the number of your game) all participants will recieve email.

i have got a feeling one of my games is going to hurt a lot :p, just hope im not an eastern country im sick of them

but what confuses me is that it first tells me to create the game, and then at the bottom of the list of players, it lists others as the creator, namely marek and flashman

so, should I wait until I get a mail from them, or should I create the game ?

it says the person at the top of the list creates the game

Ivo, you should have two emails. Check your bulk or spam folders for the second one. Also, if you send an email to the address I sent to (gfdt2008-r1-g[your game number here]@llamanation.org), it will go to all the players for that game.
