Limited to civilian people, military does not count. Overall, from all areas of the country. Two rules, cannot say your own country or a country you have never actually been to or only heard of.

Trump hires cheap foreign workers
http://money.cnn.com/2016/12/22/news/companies/trump-foreign-workers/index.html

Trump saves money by hiring cheap foreign workers. Does minimum legal requirement to get them instead of US workers.

Why would WW3 start over this? All it does is make Erdogan look inept and embarrass him; which coincidentally draws him further into the Russian sphere.

Honestly, I don't think Trump will give a flying f**k about a Russian ambassador being killed in Turkey. Seriously, how in the hell does that affect US interests? Time for us to NOT be the world's police force, and *especially* to not be the protectors of Russia.

If Russia wants to start some shit, I'm pretty sure Trump will say, "Take your vengeance...CNN will cover it." And we'll all sit home at night amused at live-action drama.....even the bleeding heart liberals.

Choosy -- please, spare me your faux-indignation.

Tell me exactly what YOU are doing to ease suffering in the world as you troll WebDip. I'm sure you could be doing something better with your time...

...and I'd play big money that, should something happen in Turkey, you will be glued to your TV watching the events unfold with great morbid interest.

I love people like you that let your heart bleed all over the world while no doubt spending most of wrapped up in your own self-interests.

yeah....deal with it...death and destruction is a part of humanity. Sad, yes. But at the same time quite fascinating. Does that mean I enjoy seeing people die? Of course not, but neither will I pretend to cry myself to sleep every night over history unfolding.
@Deinodon - I'm hoping that's sarcasm

goldie -- yeah, blah blah. NATO blah blah. Ineffective useless "treaty" organization that, instead of being a membership of countries that actually support each other, is pretty much just another US charity organzation where WE are called upon to clean up other people's messes, while they send a squad of rejects to "participate" any time we need help.

Fuck NATO, and fuck that backward-as fucks in Turkey. They are *hardly* strong allies. As a supposed Ally, you would think they would be obligated to honor ALL our requests when we are at war. The truth? They don't. Fuck 'em.

As for our nukes in Turkey...I'm fairly certain they are well-protected, even with that fucking douchebag "Cut-it-Out" Obama in office.
krellin (80 DX)

Hell...maybe they'll have a tiny little shooting war and blow a bunch of shit up, and then US contractors can go in to rebuild.

krellin, Turkey is the second most powerful military in NATO. They're not one of the charity cases. Also, they really were our front lines against Russia during the Cold War. Remember that whole Cuban Missile Crisis thing? Yeah.

Seems like the assassination is a retaliation for wholesale bombing of Sunnis in Alleppo. Note: Erdogan shot down Russian jet 6 months ago and pretty much got away with it. If Erdogan gets away with this, he will emerge as leader of Sunnis, unafraid to challenge Putin.

With withdrawal of American interest/support in the region, the Sunnis states are desperate to counter Russian support of Shiite states. I fear Russian reprisal for the assassination will focus on Syria with the ethnic cleansing of the rest of the Sunnis in Syria (who will seek refuge in Turkey, or die trying).

Can't be WWIII. It'd be WWIV, after the world war Benghazi started. Right?

Or maybe WWV, after Turkey shot down that Russian plane.

Or maybe WWVI, after...
ChoosyBeggar (325 D)

The assassination was in protest of Turkish/Russian collusion, which had been strengthening despite ceasefire 'efforts' by the Turkish government.

@Choosy, if Erdogan wasn't behind the attack, how did the shooter gain such great access to the ambassador in the middle of Turkey's capital city, presumably pretty well controlled by Erdogan?

By exploiting a recently divided state's already sub-par security policies? You make it seem like this was Jason Bourne shit. It wasn't.
Hauta (1618 D(S))

Recently divided state? You mean the failed coup? With all the 10's of thousands purged by Erdogan since the coup, you're telling me that one of the guys hired to protect such a critical person was overlooked?
