Many people believe Trump would be less aggressive and interventionist than Hillary when it comes to foreign policy.

Is that the only issue, though? I tend to agree with it, but it's not something that usually decides elections. When there is little to choose between the two candidates it could make a difference, but in this case I'm amazed that other issues aren't dominating.

Usually the difference isn't so pronounced. But yes foreign policy has always been the issue of most concern to me.

Not to mention that the best way to give the evangelical regressive social issues platform on the Right a shot to the gut is to elect Trump.

His past openness to gay celebrities coming out like Elton John, he recently made comments in favor of transgender rights to pick a bathroom and hated on the GOP bathroom bills. Trump is a typical rich narcissistic New York liberal acting the Republican hate monger to win a nomination of a broken corrupt party.

Almost all the people "on the left" that are considering Trump over Clinton are White Men. Why? Because they don't care that he's a misogynistic, racist piece of shit.

I also think if Trump was president he would end up being more interventionist than he says now, his ego would demand it.

He mentioned at the very beginning of his run "I think marriage is between a man and woman" to pander but he's avoided the topic entirely and I'm pretty sure Trump appointees to the Supreme Court wouldn't be attacking Roe v. Wade or the gay marriage ruling. Cruz is another story entirely.

He may well be considerably more liberal than the likes of Cruz, but what evidence is there that Clinton would be worse for lgbt?

Trump's campaign has been so full of hateful remarks to women and minorities, Trump's policies are so generally empty towards women and minority issues, that it is in almost all circumstances crazy to imagine a good reason to vote Trump > Clinton, and you can see why women and minorities that on the left aren't going to do so in droves. Especially if they can vote Green. It's only spoilt white men that don't really care about these issues that can happily throw the baby out with the bathwater like this.

It's not necessarily a wall, Socrates. It's the idea. We have the right to keep our border how we want it. I don't want millions more illegal immigrants entering the country. If they want to come here they can do it legally, like my ancestors did and most of yours.
