The better player is the one who initiates press after a stab, but that's descriptive, not prescriptive

The one who is disadvantaged more by the current state of affairs, or thinks he will be soon. Presumably this is usually the victim, as the perpetrator wouldn't initiate the stab without believing it to advantage him in some form.

Tbh depends on theach player and the situation. For example, if you just stabbed Valids, it doesn't matter.As you've probably already been muted.

I've been stabbed in 4/4 current FP games. Of the ~8 countries who have stabbed me, I've muted one. And cussed out two others. But I tried talking with all of them first. And I have some, what I'd consider, impressive outcomes out of many of the ones where negotiations didn't break down.

The thing that gets me is a lot of the time people stab when I've explicitly explained and/or the board implicitly demands, that stabbing me leads to some action (normally me throwing) so it gets dull and redundant to talk against a brick wall. But that's mostly in the lower level games.

So, what Valis is saying is:
"Don't be the guy that stabs me, but rather be the guy that convinces someone else to stab me. When you do that, 1 in every 8 games I will mute the stabber, so there's no way I'll know you told him to do it."

If you're at 17 and there's a bunch of other powers you try to get them to cut each other out so one of them will hand you the solo.

I Love Italy, if you're reading this, knowing what you know now, next time you're in a position like you found yourself in for gameID=158087, where someone asks you for the 18th, threatening/lamenting that the alternative is them pulling back and eliminating you, do you think you would make the same decision? Somewhat similar question to CKR, ILI had a black and white he could 100% give the game to me moment.

Initiate talks and try to convince them that the computer recorded the wrong move. Show a different move was what you had entered to give yourself an opportunity to drive the knife in deeper.

Now, you *can* claim you accidentally clicked the wrong order. You can't claim you clicked the "right" order but the website had an error.

Why do either you have to initiate communication? Surely you are just continuing?

I've had plenty of orders change from what I clicked and what appeared about 1% of the time. That's why I check on the map the orders since I can get movements to the wrong country or the wrong order type. It seems to be what is read is adjacent to what appeared on my screen as the thing I clicked.

Now this may be the cursor shifted just as I clicked, but it happens often enough that I think other players see the same thing.
