"Welcome to Mafia XXX: GAME Madness.
Special rules:
1) Each player will GM a game. All participants in game madness must play in all games. The setup can be whatever the local GM wants. Standard wepdip mafia rules apply to all games. Non-participants are encouraged to leave the webdip forum for the duration.
2) Everyone eliminated from a game will then join the purgatoryQT, wherein another game of mafia is played. The purgatory game begins when 7 players have reached purgatory. The purgatory setup is pure vanilla, with some exceptions:
2a - Additional players are added as they die, rolling their purgatory role in a mostly-random fashion (2 scum to every 5 town, or whatever keeps in balance unpredictable but in check).
2b - Should a player be eliminated from multiple first-tier games at the same time, their vote in the purgatoryQT game counts that many more times (i.e., if maniac is lynched twice and vigshot once in 3 of the first-tier games, his vote counts triple in purgatory). If a player is modkilled from a first tier game, they still go to purgatory, but that player instantiation adds no vote.
2c - The purgatory game cannot be won until at least once instance of every participant has made it to purgatory game. Then and only then do standard win conditions apply for the purgatory game.
3) Scoring is done when all games are completed. Wins/Losses are scored thus: 3 points for a first-tier factional victory, 1 point for a first-tier factional loss, and 7 points for a factional victory in purgatory. When all games are ended, the uber-GM tallys scores and sends pizzas, paintings, and passports accordingly."
