I mean, after Autumn 17. You had 14 centers, I had 13 centers. He has the other 7. And of the three of us, the guy with 7 centers doesn't want to draw. I feel bad for blowing up Italy faster given how this ended. The game went on for so long I figured I'd just help you take out Italy, and England and myself would be happy to 3-way draw, collect our 233 and move on.

France EOG:

01: Despite getting three builds, Germany advancing to Burgundy really gave me no choice in which direction I had to go. I would have preferred to build two fleets and tackle England.

02-04: Consisted of breaking through Germany's wall. I moved to the Channel thinking England would realize my intentions with it. He seemed to be pretty trusting as I even recall him giving me a support to London with it. And he opted not to cover London on most occasions. After 3 years, I was finally going to make headway in Germany.

05: I'm not exactly sure what made Germany do what he did, but he vacated Munich allowing me to walk in. Also, I would say I over-extended myself here given what was going to be my upcoming plan. After this year would be a stab on England, and I've got two fleets heading for Tunis.

06: It looked like Germany was trying to give me his centers here. I was actually intending to keep him alive at this time, attempting to not over-extend myself even further. I remember at the time not anticipating Russia losing StP so quickly. I thought he would hold onto it for another year. So, after forcing a disband for England, and England picking up two centers...I'm now stabbing somebody who is building three units. Fucking awesome.

07: I get invaded by Austria, England looks like he is going to take everything from Germany. I somehow take London and Liverpool and can't go anywhere with it. I have to abandon Tunis if I have any hope to take back my homeland.

08-10: I'm just going to label this as sorting out the ridiculous mess. Sending Austria back home and getting unit placements back to an organized setup.

11-13: I try again to take over England. Again, it fails miserably. England pulls his army out of StP to bring it back home. I realize I'm not going to be taking over England, and I perceived this as a message that he would rather Austria take over his stuff than me.

14: The game is really going on for a while and I was thinking England would love to draw at this point. Austria isn't taking StP, I assume understanding that if he did, it would potentially open the door for me to defeat England. So, I opt to make a move to get the game over with. I pull out of my offensive on England and head for Italy. England even NMR'd this year and I remember sitting here wondering if I should act on it or not. I chose not to.

15-16: Was just spent blowing up Italy. All the armies are in place in Germany, just waiting for Italy to be defeated. England had already moved to Baltic and I assumed he was on the same page as me. Even giving me support holds so I assumed a 3-way draw was imminent. A16 he makes an attempt at some centers which wasn't unexpected. Italy was eliminated and I thought this would be where we'd draw.

17: Nope. I needed England's supports, and for England not to cut my supports so Austria wouldn't break through. England went full throttle on me. I decided to vacate my position in Italy showing England that I would give up Rome and Naples and that he needed to ensure StP didn't fall. England never acted on it, and never made any moves to stop the Austrian solo.

I just....can't comprehend how a 7 center power won't draw with two other powers who have the other 27 centers between them? What were you trying to accomplish? The only logical conclusion I can draw here is that you thought you were playing PPSC. Or, you just really hated me.

Congrats Austria. Sorry Italy. Would have rather kept you alive in a 4-way than had this game pan out this way.

I was kind of disapointed with Italy's play. He let Austria get far too big without doing anything about it. He ignored my support against Austria and then proceeded to play cautious defense so I messed with him on my way out.

I can see the appeal of the Turkish ARM-->JUgg openeing but it forced me so out of position I needed to try and work with Austria. I thought Austria stabbed me too soon and had too many enemies but he managed to make it work.

England was all over the place all game, like he had no interest in friends.

01. Decided to play it safe with a simple opener with a guaranteed build and to see what everyone one else opened with. Saw that France and Germany clashed and decided to help France to get them fighting since Germany looked to be moving his fleets towards me and not France anyway. With Italy and Austria Allying up, and a French movement towards Italy inevitable with a fleet in Marseilles, I was content with being allies and taking on germany, then Russia ad he dealt with Italy and the balkans, and so was my plan for the next few years.

02. Unfortunately, his movement back to the Mid Atlantic had me ditch my offensive to play more defensively. Luckily, my convoy ploy worked against Germany and I was able to pick up an Extra SC. It was nice to see Italy and Austria working together and Russia without any units nearby to attack me. The only thing that worried me would be a possible german/french backlash against myself, but it looked like they were too into it for that to a big concern. So once the fleet stopped in MAO, I re initiated my offensive in the north hoping france would stop making me keep coming home.

03 Still a little spooked on France being so close to my home SC, but figured he was just going to support a unit into Bel. Was right, and got to switch around SCs with Germany, getting myself more into a position to focus on russia who had been annoying lately. Italy and austria still look like they're killing it, but I'm curious to see who stabs first.

04. Realizing I look exactly like I'm going to do what I had planned to do - just attack russia- I consider that france may stab me soon, and is in prime position do so. Him not moving against Italy also furthered this notion, so to play it safe, I try to block a potential convoy, and signal to Germany a change of alliance with a Failed hold at Kiel...But then france moved away so I just decided to go after Germany more since I had an easy target whilst keeping Russia at bay.France FINALLY starts moving towards Italy, and germany is about to fall to us, and the alliance seems to be in position for a strong jump.

05 Increase position to attack Russia and try to get some little piece of Germany since France started nomming on it and didn't share. Fake friendship with Russia, because I fugred the little cluster of countries down south would continue infighting and get gobbled by france, and it would make taking over Russia easier if I did. France builds are to be expected since he needs fleets to go to finish off Italy. I was rather surprised to see austria do so well this round but wasn't worried since I assumed france would take him out with his navy since austria had only one ship at this point.

06 Then France and Germany both did something rather silly. France decided to move to the EC (red flag), and germany misordered which let me take over kiel. Russia moved awy to defende from austria which made taking over STP a breeze. Was quite lucky to guess that france was going to convoy rather than go for the SC so I opted for the strategicly dumb move of putting a fleet on Holland, but it worked out and I got to defend my country.

07 Was luckily able to out guess france in Germany whilst he invaded my home SC. Austria came in clutch with his attack on Mars which gave me the chance to focus on france without him getting builds.

08Russia doesn't seem threatening so I pull my army out of there and somehow was able to out maneuver france into getting my country back. Had to sacrifice germany, but that was okay since an army in denmark could keep france from getting my reserve 3 SCs. Unfortunately, Austria starts taking out russia,but Italy appears to be regaining position against him, so if I can focus on taking my home SCs back, and let austria distract france downlow, I can take him out and proceed to try and solo via germany and france.

09 France gets a lucky break with a misorder on my part. Was planning on having my fleet in the EC, with his other fleet still in Wales. That could have potentially turned the game in my favor, but a mistake I had to live with and regretted the whole game. This is when autria starts being aggressive, and irks me as I hadn't done anything to upset him, so instead of moving my fleet to the NAO and attack france as I had planned, I shifted my attention to play defensively and hold my reserve SCs.

10 France builds another fleet...this is annoying, so I do my best to take out his position in germany. Germany didn't take my hint when I tried to support him into kiel for two phases, which would have bolstered my position. in retrospect, cutting France's support there may have been better than to restart a dying country. Was luckily able to out maneuver france again in the fall to get another SC as he moved once again to attack me. In the north I took a defensive position hoping autria would leave me alone until the French stopped pestering me. His movement away from Moscow was enough to signify that.

11 Realizing I needed to remove myself from germany and find SCs elsewhere before I am not able to support my defenses at home, I convoy to attack STP and give up my holdings in Germany. Was happy to see Germany actually take it, but was peeved that if I had instead tried to attack holland, he would have cut my support, and seemed to like France more than me for some reason. Was surprised at France's signs of freindship towards me with his fleets moving away and all that jazz, but didn't trust him enough to leave a sc open. Not sure what france was doing that turn with the support to london and attack on liverpool? Anyway, he built another fleet, and I realized we were going to have to go through this him attacking me again shenanigans. I figured I had beat him out before, let's just do it again.

12 So it begins... I sign to austria that I want peace and aim to solely attack france, and offer to Germany again more support to Kiel which he doesn't bite on.

13The fleet in belgium was super scary and I thought I was about to go under, so desperate to protect my home, and trusting austria's support hold in STP(I assume he didn't want france to take over england as much as I did), I start bringing everyone home for a massive defensive.Worked out well enough which was very pleasing.

14 Missed a phase because of some family holiday,begging your pardons all of you. And it seems like both countries decided not to attack me, which was rad, and I get to pick who I want to side with... At this point, Italy seems to be coming back, but France is going to come and bite his tail so I might as well join crew and go for austria's since he will hopefully be moving towards italy. And in anycase, I'll be in position after taking Moscow and Warsaw to reignite my assault on the French's scs in germany. And so we're off.

15. Everything goes swimmingly. I get my build, and I'm in great position to hold off autria in the north while france finished italy in the south.At this point I'm hoping austria hits the draw button so I can too since I had been wanting to play some other games. But shoot, I was doing so well, I decided to hold off on mine aswell. If I was able to get warsaw, I could like planned go for france a few years later and potentially go for the solo. But nooooo, france decided to build a fleet at brest.

16. I assumed this was another illconcieved attemtp at my home SCs again which normally started with a french build at brest which pissed me off because I thought we had finally started to make headway against austria. So instead of moving forward through the north and down to turkey, I have to start my invasion of France early to counter his attack on my home SCs. Iwas not able to out guess him, and he is able to hold most of his SCs. My plan backfires, and I have to re adjuct my strategy. But looking at the board, it still seemed like Austria was gunning more towards france and would potentially ally with me against him. It also seemed like France was moving his fleets towards turkey which would keep him live for the time being while I build up my base in germany with austria's help.

17 All seems to be going to plan, Austria picks up 14 Scs and I'm picking up Scs as well. France appears to be moving as I'd hoped towards Austria to limit him from getting builds, and would keep them neutral while I gained control of the map. Then France supports austria into rome, after austria just invaded Munich which makes no sense to me at all. So now, I still have my good position, but Austria only needs 2 more SCs. Great.

18 Try to hold my positions in Germany before they get nabbed by austria, but he craftily moves north to take STP, and the would then only need one more SC!! OH ON! Meanwhile, france support holds himself in Tunis... Weird.And give him position to take the last SC. bravo there.

I assumed you were going to moderately defend yourself and still go for austria's SC. you still had enough units in play in the north to defend against mine and austrias attacks without displacing your ships. Just because I guessed wrong about your actions does not give you any right to harass me on a site that I use for fun. If you care so deeply about your precious dagger pixels, please go create multiaccounts and feed yourself.



PS was kinda bummed about not getting the pause. At the moment I am in "hell week" for my fraternity and I was not allowed to have a phone or computer. Luckily they became lenient and gave us back laptops for homework, and I was able to sneak off to a computer lounge on campus to submit orders. So sorry about the long waiting periods for the last couple of years.

Just lol. Try looking at the big map to see the hidden orders. You'd see I was giving you support holds with my units. At this stage in the game, there was no movement on your centers whatsoever. Everything I did at this point was self defense.

Lets talk about moves that make no sense at all. Austria is the solo threat of the board. I have made it CLEAR as day that I am not coming for you. I mean, it should be clear to nearly everybody. You blow up my supports in Germany which allowed Austria into Munich. All of those supports were necessary to fend off Austria. You were the sole reason he was able to get there.

My movements to vacate the Italian peninsula were to signal to you that you need to take action elsewhere to stop him from getting to 18 centers. Yet, you persisted against me. If you had taken the time to count to 18, you would see I could stop him from getting Tunis. All you had to do was make sure he didn't get Berlin, and move a unit to Norway to defend StP. But that was apparently too much to ask and you don't look at the big picture.

Oh, sorry. Maybe you saw something else I could have done there to change how things would have panned out? Before you start saying bravo like a wiseass as if I am the idiot here, you need to take a step back and realize how this game works in a Winner-Take-All game. There is no prize for finishing with more supply centers than somebody else.

And you were bummed about not getting a pause?! Are you serious with this? When you initially put up your pause vote, Italy still had about 6 centers left. I put up a pause vote immediately being courteous. Italy also put up a pause vote. Austria did not. Italy was quickly reduced to two centers and I withdrew my pause vote assuming we would draw after his elimination. No reason to pause when all you had to do was hit the DRAW button and the game would be over.

I advise you to sign up for SoW and improve your game. You have quite a lot to learn. Also, grow up and become a man and face your issues like one. Crying to mods or mommy and daddy when somebody speaks to you in a way you don't approve is just sad really.

Haha my respect for you just keeps dropping man. My bad for playing in my own style how I want to. I tried to adjust my game to yours as I assumed you tried to adjust to mine,but it didn't work out. We lost,move on.win the next one.
