@2WL: I take it you are a Knicks fan? I have always found Reggie very competitive yet very likable. I'm probably biased since I went to the same gym that he and Ron Artest did for a number of years so I know them both pretty well.

bo_sox, Reggie Miller is the king of all assholes. When I think "competitive yet very likable," I think Shaq. Reggie Miller is one of the most overrated players in NBA history, not just because he never won a championship, but he was always just a glorified role player in the same way that Ray Allen is not a star capable of leading a team to the finals. Miller only shined because the Eastern Conference was a vacuum after Jordan "retired" and he was able to take advantage of his one dimensional game.

Miller invented the kick out to draw a foul. That's got to count for something. And he's a really good announcer now.

On offense, he was one dimensional. Nobody is denying that. But 2WL, I don't care how glorified someone is, there is NOBODY BESIDES MJ that has ever shown the clutch talent that Reggie showed. I can shoot down a "Kobe" argument any time, don't even think of saying that. If a few things went differently in Game 4 in 2000, Reggie would have had a big shot at winning a title.
