The religion thread where someone tried to disprove the existance of God was a good debate, with articulate responses and dumbass comments on both sides of the argument.

Airborne's list of 25 signs is probably my favorite as well. Perhaps it hit too close to home:)

This happened eons ago, but I remember one memorable thread by I now vanished poster (Sioraf As Killeens I believe?) where we were all asked to vote for our favourite forum poster. Sioraf, much to his chagrin, recieved the only votes, but they were all -1 votes. The thread in general was humourous, though I can't really remember too much of it.

And thus the {your name inserted here} -1 tradition was born.

Your thread isn't quite informative enough, if that's what you're talking about.

My all time favorite was the Federal Reserve thread, because it got me to actually research things pretty heavily (well heavily for something that didn't end in me writing an academic or professional paper.) and learning a lot about about how the Federal Reserve ACTUALLY works (hint, don't listen to the conspiracy theorists).

Other ones I enjoyed were an early Sicarius thread in which civilization vs primitivism was debated, and parts of a thread on Same Sex marriage (including the part where Lazysummer trolled me hard for quite a while before I caught onto what they were doing).

There are probably a bunch I'm not thinking of but those are the first few that spring to mind (the Fed one though is still my favorite).

I remember the federal reserve thread, it was indeed an excellent thread. I learnt a lot from that one.

Haha, that was a good thread. I miss Sioraf. I remember finding out that he had a blog online which was a treasure trove of that sort of stuff. He always had it in his head that the moderator at PlayDip, named Diplomat was the same person as diplomat1824 and was here to sabotage us. Hahahaha.

Oh yeah lol. Yeah he was a unique kind of guy.

My favorite thread was Pitirre's self-promotion thread.

I think it went something like this:

And then everyone just laid into him trash talking and the like. This guy had like thirty points and he's trying to say he's the best player on the site. Haha it was great.

That minor troll is now banned if anyone happens to remember him.

I just read that whole thread, Centurian. Not because I am bored, but because it really sucked me in. Wow. It was before my time here, but fun to read. Invictus's posts actually had me laughing out loud.
