Yeah, I use Safari and it does the same. A nice feature.

The text box in chrome appears to have a different border than the site intended and you're able to grab the corner and change the size of the box.
I used it when Firefox 3.0 on my windows 7 Beta caused text in the boxes to not return properly, which made it annoying to send long messages
Now at Firefox 3.5 and Windows 7 RC it's all nice and happy again so I have no use for chrome.
The only use of chrome I see is for housewives/husbands to hide their porn addiction via the privacy mode. lol ^_^

@Sayjo - you can certainly do that with Safari too! (And I think maybe with FF 3.5?)

every address you visit is sent to google and stored in their database. they have a personal record of each of us. they use this information to improve personalized ads, but they can sell it to third parties as well

Not with 3.5 unless I'm seriously missing something lol They did make it easy to get rid of history in various timelines, 1 hour 2 hours etc.
I will admit.. I have never tried Safari >.<
I hate IE with a passion. Opera annoyed me. Firefox has just been easy.
I'll try it though if I get enough incentive.

@alamothe - and this is why google is Internet + Capitalism + Intelligence = (Those of us who knew made 5 fold when the stock was first released)

IE8 has the private browsing mode too.

omgosh, IE is a boatload of crap. I use Safari on my mac and it allows to do that (enlarge the text box). Goggle CHrome is a beta test from what I've heard so you can't expect it to not have security issues. If I didn't have a mac I would definitely be using chrome because next to safari it's the cleanest looking browser I've found.
