UCL with Porto, 3 EPLs with Chelsea, and a Treble with Inter. Only a handful of managers can match that kind of resume, especially with multiple teams like that.

Also, I just love the way he does things. The fact that he doesn't seem to care how much non-Chelsea fans hate him is wonderful. He makes the narrative far more fascinating, and, to me, that makes it a more fun league. The differences of him and Wenger are fascinating to me. They should win an Emmy for the writing in the EPL, even though the finales have been a little predictable these last two seasons.

And I'm not a Chelsea fan. I think this year was as much everyone sucking as anything else - Man city and Liverpool of last year would have probably pipped Chelsea to it

PLeague is getting behind Spanish Primera for the last 3 seasons. After Ferguson went into legend, Chelsea is the only club that stayed in the European top. They are probably taking next couple of seasons also. I like Liverpool, but they lost all chances when Suarez went to Barca and they brought fucking Balloteli.

The Spanish League is little more than a machine designed to provide cash for Real and Barca's European adventures. There are barely a dozen games worth watching in the whole season. The English Premiership still manages to be more entertaining despite it being in a transitional slump.

Having said that, they are both infinitely better than the rubbish that passes for Italian football these days. What the hell happened to them?

Seems my days of following the Premier League are over! My lot look to be dropping into the Championship, whilst the rich neighbours down the road secure the title.... :D

you are apsolutely right. My favourite league is English PL, it has more great rivalries etc. But Spanish Primera took it over some 3 seasons ago. Just check out the list of final 4 teams in Champions league and Europa league in this period and youll see: Real, Barca, ATM, Bilbao, Sevilla, Valencia. They really took it over.

Regarding Italian Calcio, what happened was Calciopolli, they were dominating Europe in a period before it and than it all colapsed, Juve got relegated, Milan lost money, only Inter remained. Its a shame.
